Jimmy Peck, District Superintendent
North Georgia welcomes Reverend Jimmy Peck as the Superintendent for the 2025-2029 term. He has served as the pastor Welcome Worship Center in Dahlonega, Ga for the last 17 years. He and his wife Carolyn have three grown daughters and seven grandchildren.
Nick Dalton, 1st Assistant District Superintendent
Nick Dalton pastors The Jefferson Church in Jefferson, Ga. He is a fourth generation pastor in the CH church, with a strong family heritage of planting and growing churches throughout northeast Georgia. Nick is passionate about investing in the local church - both his own and those in the denomination - to advance the kingdom and impact local communities.
Jonathan English, 2nd Assistant District Superintendent
Jonathan English is the Lead Pastor of River of Life Worship Center in Nicholson, Georgia, where he and his wife, Jessica, have faithfully served the Nicholson and Jackson County communities since January 2018. He has been part of the Congregational Holiness Church since 2011 and has served as an ordained minister since 2013. Before joining the North Georgia District Presbytery, Jonathan served on the North Georgia District Ministerial Licensing Committee. He is passionate about equipping leaders, strengthening churches, and serving the body of Christ with integrity and vision.
Jonathan and Jessica are blessed with four children. Their oldest daughter Hannah and her husband Ryan, both graduated from Highlands College, a ministry-focused school equipping the next generation of church leaders, and together they serve at Church of the Highlands. Their other two daughters, Rachel and Sarah, are currently in ministry college. Their youngest son David also loves the Lord and is growing in his faith. Together, the English family are committed to serving Christ and advancing His Kingdom.
Clarence Reynolds, District Secretary
Clarence Reynolds and his wife Barbara has served the Community Chapel Church as Pastors for 2 ½ years. Previously they served as North GA District Superintendent for 8 years and has pastored 5 other North Georgia Churches for an additional total of 26 years. At Bethesda Fellowship they brought the church into the North GA District and with the help of a great Church Board built a new Sanctuary. They reside in Cornelia, GA and have 2 adult children and 2 granddaughters.
Ryan Ginn, District Assistant Secretary
Ryan Ginn is the Lead Pastor of Purpose Church in Demorest, Georgia, where he and his wife, Kayla, are passionate about helping people discover and live out their God-given purpose. He has been a part of the Congregational Holiness Church for over 10 years, shaping his heart for excellence in ministry and leadership. Under his leadership, Purpose Church has grown into a thriving, multi-generational community with impactful ministries for children, youth, men, and women. He also serves on the board of the Boys & Girls Club of Habersham County, investing in initiatives that strengthen families, develop leaders, and transform communities. Pastor Ryan leads with vision, faith, and a belief that God’s plans are always greater than our limitations.
